Sia Moshk introduced North Fulton to fine dining since opening Sia’s restaurant in 1998.   His vast experience as a restaurateur has  resulted in his restaurant being distinguished as the “Best New Restaurant Outside the Perimeter"  by Atlanta Magazine, one of the top rated restaurants by the Atlanta Journal & Constitution’s dining critic, one of “Atlanta’s Best Restaurants”  by Jezebel Magazine, and one of “Atlanta’s Top 10 Restaurants” by The Hudspeth Report and Zagat.

The highly-respected Moshk has served as both Co-Chairman and  Chairman of the Atlanta’s Share Our Strength Taste of the Nation over the past ten years.  This enduring event remains as one of the nation’s leading anti-hunger, anti-poverty organizations, which benefits Janice's Shelter, Project Open Hand and Atlanta Food Bank along with other regional and international beneficiaries. Sia was the vision behind the highly-successful Mesdames Culinarians Cooking Against Breast Cancer, which opened Sia’s kitchen to host five female culinary talents for which over $20,000 was donated for breast cancer research. Since opening Sia’s, Moshk has also donated and raised more than $100,000 to other charitable organizations such as March of Dimes, Camp Twin Lakes, Windows on The World, The James Beard Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Well Spring, Open Hand, Choice Atlanta, and many others.

Prior to opening Sia’s, he began his career at The Buckhead Life Restaurant Group’s flagship restaurant, Pano’s & Paul’s. He then held the position as General Manager of The Atlanta Fish Market, and 103 West until fulfilling his personal goal of owning his own establishment in1998.

Sia’s prides itself on the best of modern American cuisine with an emphasis on slow cooked, ingredient driven, organic menu selections.
